NZ’s Essano on major growth curve

Brand focusing heavily on international and local expansion.

Long a favourite with Aussie and Kiwi natural beauty lovers, Essano recently launched its own e-commerce platform – www.essano.com.au – with free shipping on orders over $49.

Available in Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths and Big W stores, Essano has also  taken aim at the US market, rolling out its 13 SKU rosehip collection in 3000 locations through leading drugstore chains  Rite-Aid and  CVS and Harmon Face Values, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bed Bath & Beyond.

The US is the largest natural skincare market in the world and Essano will focus strongly on North America over the next year to harness the upsurge in clean, natural and organic beauty sales.

One of the most highly re-purchased skincare brands in Australia and New Zealand, Essano entered the Japanese market earlier this year and has strong partnerships with Watsons in Singapore and Guardian in Malaysia.

China is next on the hit list as the country’s beauty market re-bounds strongly following Covid-19 lockdowns.

But in spite of overseas plans, Australia and New Zealand both remain lucrative markets with significant growth potential as interest in natural and clean beauty continues to soar.

Key products include Certified Rosehip Oil and Essano’s new 6 SKU lineup of concentrated serums, including Intense Hydration with hyaluronic acid, Skin Tone Perfector with niacinamide and Wrinkle Rescue with natural retinol.

Hair, body, deodorant and men’s products round out the Essano portfolio.
